The International Computing for the Atmospheric Sciences Symposium (iCAS2013) is the eleventh biennial meeting in a series hosted by the National Center for Atmospheric Research under sponsorship from the U.S. National Science Foundation.

More than 50 attendees from around the world heard about machine learning efforts and CMIP6 progress at sites worldwide at the 2019 International Computing in the Atmospheric Sciences (iCAS) symposium, September 8-12, in Stresa, Italy.

After a three year hiatus due to the pandemic, iCAS 2022 brought together attendees from across Europe and the U.S. to discuss how climate and weather computing centers are preparing today for tomorrow’s computational, data, and workforce challenges in Earth system science.
