Fostering Social Justice Conversations: Centering Growth and Learning
The Summer Internships in Parallel Computational Sciences (SIParCS) Program is committed to increasing the diversity of the High Performance Computing (HPC) workforce. As part of this commitment, the SIParCS Program provides interns with opportunities to learn about social justice and the impact of identity. This presentation explores approaches to discussions about social justice that prioritize making learning the primary goal and accessible to participants with different levels of prior knowledge.
