Through this survey, we aim to understand user satisfaction, identify areas for growth, and prioritize improvements to better meet the needs of our broad user community. Your input will help shape future HPC developments and ensure our changes align with evolving research and computational demands.

The survey incorporates questions on the topics of: HPC, software and tools, maintenance windows, documentation, the Help Desk and Virtual Consultation Portal, CISL-hosted trainings and tutorials, the CISL Daily Bulletin, NCAR HPC User Group (NHUG) meetings, the NHUG Slack channel, and the Earth System Data Science (ESDS) initiative, among others.
