Transportation
To and from the Denver airport, you can utilize the RTD airport bus, or a shuttle service such as Eight Black Airport Shuttle.
The Boulder RTD buses can help get you from the hotel to the bottom of the hill near the Mesa Lab (SW corner of Broadway and Table Mesa Drive). In order to get to the Mesa Lab, participants will need to carpool, use ride-sharing (Lyft/Uber, etc.), or take the NCAR shuttle.
Note about the NCAR shuttle: it is prioritized for employees (the van is small - it’s a 12 passenger van), and has limited runs during the day. For more information on the shuttle, please email Taysia Peterson.
Refreshments
Light snacks will be provided. Lunch can be purchased in the Mesa Lab Café.
COVID-19 Precautions
COVID-19 Vaccination
External participants are required to fill out and sign the COVID-19 Guest form and send it back to Taysia Peterson (workshop administrator). Participants will not be able to attend in-person unless this form is filled out, signed, and returned to Taysia.
Masking
As of right now, there is no mask requirement at the Mesa Lab. However, we encourage participants to wear a mask based on their level of comfortability.
