HPC User Support
CISL provides support for users of NCAR’s high-performance computing (HPC) systems in a number of ways through the Advanced Research Computing (ARC) portal or by phone during regular business hours.
- ARC portal: This is where you will find HPC user documentation, system status reports, allocation management and reporting tools, the Daily Bulletin, and other resources. You can also submit help requests through the portal or here: Research Computing Help Desk.
- Phone support: Call the CISL Help Desk at 303-497-2400. Support for emergencies is available 24x7. Routine help is available between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Consultants are on duty 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday.
- Enterprise Service Desk: This portal (log-in required) is for NCAR/UCAR staff who need internal IT support.
